- Managed UK's largest digital campaign to date; grew B2B mailing list 300%.
- Created 2025 and 2026 Digital Strategy and Comms plans with measurement frameworks.
- Built a practical Social Post Workshop using Claude's API - takes rough draft copy and turns it into on-brand, platform-ready social content with British English rules, tone checks and first-comment suggestions.
- Built a stock monitoring workflow using Zapier to track partner stock levels and buy-now links after a key click-to-buy partner went out of business.
- Developed a Claude Code skill to automate the monthly digital reporting workflow, saving hours of manual work each month.
- Optimised Training Platform with 33% engagement lift and 25% target market captured.

May 2023 - May 2024 - RemoteLed digital for a health tech startup in a heavily regulated space. Built the team, the strategy, and the content workflow from scratch.
- Delivered a 228% organic traffic uplift in a single quarter and ~1000 qualified referrals in one month.
- Built SEO and content systems with AI used where it helped: keyword research, structure, drafting support, competitor analysis and QA.
- Kept human judgement and compliance checks in the loop, because regulated content is not the place for confident rubbish.
