Digital marketer who builds things with AI. I run growth campaigns by day and ship software projects by night - from open-source dev tools to self-hosted AI infrastructure.
I've led national campaigns, scaled SEO and email programs, and built the analytics to prove what's working. But I also write code, spin up servers, and prototype with local LLMs - because the best marketing ideas come from understanding what the technology can actually do.
Lately I've been building a lot: an AI operating system, a multi-agent coordination protocol, a privacy-first voice app, and more. Most of it open source, all of it stuff I use every day.

I don't just write the plan - I write the emails, build the landing pages and optimise the campaigns. I build repeatable processes so growth scales without depending on heroic effort.
Data is only useful when it turns into decisions. I design analytics frameworks and testing cycles that help us understand what's working, what isn't, and what to do next.

Running Beaphar UK's digital marketing function end to end - strategy, campaigns, budget, reporting. Managed the UK's largest digital campaign to date and grew the B2B mailing list 300%. I've also started building AI tools directly into the workflow: a Social Post Workshop using Claude's API, an agent-powered stock monitoring system, and an automated reporting pipeline that saves hours each month.
Led digital for a health tech startup in a heavily regulated space. Built AI-assisted SEO and content systems that produced optimised content at scale with compliance gates baked in. Delivered a 228% organic traffic uplift in a single quarter and ~1,000 qualified referrals in a month.
