I start with the job that needs doing.
Usually there’s a task someone is tired of doing by hand, or information spread across too many tools. I look at how it works now, then build something we can try with real examples.
That includes checking what happens when something goes wrong and making sure you know how to use it. I’d rather get one useful part working well than leave you with a complicated setup you don’t want to touch.
From experience
The connections matter as much as the tools.
My marketing background taught me to look beyond the individual task. A report is only useful if someone can act on it. An assistant needs the right information. I work through those details with you before deciding what to build.
