I'm a freelance marketing manager with a marketing engineering edge. I work across HubSpot campaigns, SEO and content systems, websites, reporting and practical AI workflows.
Most of my work starts with a messy digital problem and ends with something clearer, faster or less painful to use. I can shape the plan, build the campaign, fix the workflow, ship the website and improve the system afterwards.
Outside the day job I'm usually building something, making music, walking the dog, listening to audiobooks, or disappearing into a tool I definitely only meant to test for ten minutes.

I turn business goals into channel plans, content ideas and workflows people can actually use. Everything starts with a proper brief and ends with a review, because otherwise you're just throwing things at the wall with nicer fonts.
I don't just write the plan. I write the emails, build the landing pages, sort the tracking and fix the awkward process behind it. Useful beats shiny.
Data is only useful when it turns into decisions. I build reporting and testing loops that show what's working, what isn't, and what needs doing next.
The boring parts matter: naming things properly, structuring information, checking outputs, documenting the process. That's usually where the leverage is hiding.
Supporting Sifted Talks & Dinners across HubSpot email production, audience segmentation, workflows, campaign QA and social scheduling. The useful bit is keeping live event promotion traceable and handover-ready across HubSpot, Asana and approvals.
Led day-to-day UK digital execution across campaigns, reporting, website optimisation and a 200+ product catalogue. Managed the UK's largest digital campaign to date, grew the B2B mailing list 300%, and built practical AI tools into the workflow: a Social Post Workshop, stock monitoring and reporting automation.
Led digital marketing for a health tech startup in a heavily regulated space. Built SEO and content systems with AI in the unglamorous places: keyword research, structure, drafting support, QA and compliance checks. Delivered a 228% organic traffic uplift in a single quarter and about 1,000 qualified referrals in a month.
Ran multi-channel growth for health, wellness and lifestyle brands entering the UK market. Strategy to delivery across SEO/SEM, email, paid social and influencer partnerships. Learned that good work usually means owning the plan and the messy execution.
The recent work sits in the same overlap as the day job: content, websites, automation and the operational plumbing that makes AI useful after the demo.
Built a working system around Obsidian, qmd, a Mac cockpit, an always-on service host and optional cloud and Fedora workers. It routes work to the right machine, keeps approval gates around risky actions and records proof before calling a job done.
Turned two years of building with AI agents into IntelligenceOS: a portable setup that maps a project, captures a durable brief and gives future sessions a clearer place to start. July was the unglamorous launch work too - packaging, fulfilment, checks, product copy and production proof.
Kept the AI research publication shipping while tightening the source, claim, cover, audio and social checks around it. Recent runs now move from paper to article, audio and social plan with human QA and evidence at each stage.
My product company for practical software and systems that help people build with AI agents. Its first product, IntelligenceOS, maps a project before an agent changes it and leaves durable context for the work that follows.
